Dominican Telecom, Justice Ministry give inmates the Web

The Dominican Telecom Institute (INDOTEL) installed two computer centers in the new Correctional Rehab   Center , Vista del Valle, San Francisco (northeast), inaugurated June 18 by the Justice Ministry.

INDOTEL director Jose Rafael Vargas and Dominican Justice minister Radhames Jimenez also signed an agreement to install two new Internet rooms in the correctional facility.
